About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of design documentation and ensuring compliance with client requirements and design standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Management: Oversee programme management, design budgets, and resource planning to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Client Communication: Act as main client contact for technical and commercial matters, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Risk Management: Manage risks, design assurance, and design change processes to minimize potential issues.
- Design Delivery: Ensure designs are delivered to programme, with appropriate approvals and stakeholder engagement.
- Quality Assurance: Provide oversight and quality assurance for design documentation and submissions.
- Staff Development: Lead and mentor team members, identify training needs, and plan/implement staff development.
- Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing requirements.
About You:
- Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Experience: Proven leadership in delivering major multi-disciplinary projects, with experience in water infrastructure and design management.
- Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a strategic mindset, deep understanding of Australian standards, and Chartered status or working toward it (desirable).
