Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, infrastructure management, and commercial portfolio maintenance. They will contribute to the development of infrastructure policies and strategic plans, as well as provide input into SAPOL's future infrastructure strategy.

Key responsibilities include ensuring SAPOL's commercial portfolio is proactively maintained with high-quality leasing outcomes, managing owned land activities, and providing critical analysis and input into SAPOL's asset management strategy.

Additional tasks may include identifying future strategic relocations, negotiating complex operational leases, leading land management acquisition and divestment activities, and driving best practice outcomes for the commercial infrastructure portfolio.

  • The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
  • They may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • Some out-of-hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
