About this Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Supervisor to oversee the administration and operational activities of our Facilities Department.

This is a fixed-term position based in Dalby, working 36.25 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and oversee administrative functions across the team.
  2. Manage community housing operations across the region.
  3. Oversee Council's swimming pool operations working with external providers.
  4. Manage the operations of the Chinchilla Cinema.

Your Requirements:

  • A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • High level interpersonal skills, including exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams, developing talent, and coaching for individual performance improvement.
  • Proven experience in rental management or similar regulatory lead commitments.
