This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals, driving continuous improvement in centre operations.
About the role:
Support the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
Mentor and develop capabilities within the team.
Assume overall management responsibility for the centre in the absence of the Centre Director.
Implement and utilise the Goodstart Practice Guide.
Main Responsibilities:
Team leadership and support
Mentoring and development
Centre management
Practice guide implementation
About You:
Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
Willingness to undergo a Police Check
Key Features:
Full-time position between operating hours 7am – 6pm, Monday – Friday

Centre layout allows educators to focus on quality interactions and meaningful connections
Proven leadership and people management experience in the early childhood sector
Genuine passion for early learning and child development
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from staffing to programming and compliance
