Job Opportunity: National Customer Manager
We are seeking an experienced National Customer Manager to join our team in a highly varied and autonomous position.
As our National Customer Manager, you will ensure the delivery of account specific plans and targets, identify opportunities for business growth and recommend actions for attainment.
This role will see you primarily be responsible for one or more of our Major Distributor Accounts (Demand Groups) and associated Key Accounts.
You will also:
- Prepare accurate Sales Plans covering annual sales volumes, revenues, budgets, and contribution targets.
- Coordinate the use and allocation of all funds assigned for trade promotion.
- Build robust business relationships with designated partners.
- Develop and manage key national activity plans.
- Participate in the Supply Chain Planning process for customer base.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts by customer and product.
This role is primarily based at our office in Melbourne, offering flexible working arrangements. We are also open to considering the Sydney office as an alternative location.
Key Responsibilities:
- To effectively manage multiple Major Distributor Accounts and associated Key Accounts.
- To identify opportunities for business growth and recommend actions for attainment.
