About the Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join an organisation that truly practices innovation and collaboration.

Due to recent transformation, they are now looking for a specialist ER Advisor to provide expert advice and services in employee relations and professional standards.

The role reports into the Employee Relations Lead and involves providing high-level advice to senior stakeholders on complex matters and issues.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering company-wide ER policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Supporting Senior ER Advisors and ER Leads on employment negotiations and agreements, union consultations, and workforce and organisational change projects.
  • Acting as a conduit between HR and employees by providing information on matters of agreement interpretation and employee complaints.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders across the business.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in employee relations advising and experience working in a business partnering service delivery model.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • A tertiary qualification in employment law, HR, industrial relations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and liaise with organisations and representatives to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
