Senior Process Automation Engineer Role

This is a pivotal position within our IT department, where you will collaborate with stakeholders across various Corporate Services teams to develop high-quality solutions that maximize efficiency and resource utilization.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will design and implement scalable automation solutions across enterprise systems and business processes using modern tools and platforms.
  • Drive the full lifecycle of automation development, from discovery and design through deployment and ongoing support.
  • Translate complex business workflows into efficient automated processes.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies to ensure reliability and traceability of automated processes.
  • Mentor junior engineers in automation best practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in automation development, preferably in a medium to large corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Familiarity with Boomi and/or Automation Anywhere would be beneficial.
  • Able to integrate across hybrid environments, including cloud platforms like Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Solid understanding of automation lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and security best practices.
