Our Healthcare client is looking for an Automation Specialist in Melbourne.
Its a fixed term contract of 6 month.
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing automation initiatives, with a strong focus on UiPath , robotic process automation (RPA) management, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and other RPA technologies.
Manage and monitor robotic processes to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring delivery quality, performance, and compliance with agreed SLAs.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation solutions.
Prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards to track performance, efficiency, and ROI of automation initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements and best practices for automation governance.
Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Automation Specialist / RPA Developer , with strong expertise in UiPath .
Hands-on experience in managing, monitoring, and scaling robotic processes.
Strong understanding of automation frameworks, workflows, and process optimisation.
Experience in managing vendors and external service providers.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience in a large or complex enterprise environment is desirable.
