We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Strategist to drive our business forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure new opportunities and maximise revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales/business development role.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a complex business environment with senior stakeholders.
- Confidence and experience in face-to-face stakeholder engagement including C-level.
- Strategic selling, pipeline account management, contract negotiation and business planning skills developed at a senior level in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong commercial orientation and high level of business acumen and demonstrated capabilities on achieving consistent sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to offer unique perspectives on business issues, analyse data and information and create customised solutions for customers.
- Demonstrated ability to tailor sales messages to resonate with different types of customers.
- Demonstrated ability to mobilise customer stakeholders to advocate for your product or service within their organisation.
