Restaurant Team Member Job Description

Our team members are the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess a positive attitude. They should also be willing to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Welcoming guests with a friendly greeting and answering menu questions to ensure a great start to their experience.
  • Delivering personalized service that makes every guest feel valued and appreciated.
  • Taking food orders accurately and handling both credit and cash transactions efficiently.
  • Thriving in a team-oriented environment where collaboration and communication are key.
  • Effectively managing multiple tasks to meet guest expectations in a timely manner.
  • Keeping the restaurant clean and organized, meeting food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Demonstrating dependability, positivity, and a can-do attitude to support your team and contribute to a great work environment.
  • Meeting the physical requirements of the role, which may include, but are not limited to, standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Having the ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred

Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to multitask, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations
