Receptionist Role: Providing Excellent Customer Service

As one of two receptionists, your key responsibilities will be:
- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional way, answer phones, take messages, and portray a professional image
- Monitor the front office appearance, address issues, post events, action documents, reorder supplies, process payments, and sort mail

Our Head Quarters is located in the East End precinct, where you'll find Newcastle's main cultural and business hub. You will have the opportunity to work with over 60 staff members, serving local, national, and international clients, specializing in SMEs.
