Front Desk Assistant
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an office support role and be confident in managing day-to-day workflow. Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Managing reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting clients.
- Handling customer enquiries efficiently.
- Carrying out general ad-hoc duties as required.
Our client operates within the energy sector and is based in Newcastle. This is a casual fill-in role that will work alongside existing staff members to ensure seamless operations.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar position.
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
- High levels of organisation and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Outlook.
