Overview

Casual role (approximately 32 hours per week) at Glendale Medical Centre

IPN Medical Centres support the Australian community, operating across practices and providing patient consultations nationally.

About the role

IPN's receptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and doctors. Supporting the successful running of the centre the role includes:

  • Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments
  • Patient billing and payment collection
  • Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager
Skills & experience
  • Medical receptionist experience preferred
  • Ability to develop quality working relationships
  • Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills
  • Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
  • Experience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable)
