Job Summary

BESIX Infra is seeking an experienced Document Coordinator to join our team, working on large-scale infrastructure projects. As a key member of our project team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring compliance with our quality, safety, and environmental policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Coordinate the distribution and filing of documents, ensuring timely and secure delivery to stakeholders.
  • Assist with quality assurance coordination and document control, ensuring records are kept and administered in accordance with our project QA plan.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including quality, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in document management, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn new software packages and systems as required.
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
