Document Coordinator

Job Summary
BESIX Infra is seeking an experienced Document Coordinator to join our team, working on large-scale infrastructure projects. As a key member of our project team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring compliance with our quality, safety, and environmental policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate the distribution and filing of documents, ensuring timely and secure delivery to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Assist with quality assurance coordination and document control, ensuring records are kept and administered in accordance with the project QA plan.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports and maintaining project records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in document control or a related field, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong administrative skills, including document management, filing, and record-keeping.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High level of organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Prior experience with document management software, such as Aconex, is highly desirable.
