About this Role

Assist in the preparation of tissue samples prior to microscopic examination by histopathologists. This role is part of a team that prepares non-complex specimens for further analysis.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Dissection: cutting and preparing tissue samples for examination
  • Specimen Preparation: embedding and performing microtomy on various samples
  • Immunohistochemistry: preparing slides for staining, quality control, and special stains

To succeed, you'll require a degree in Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Science) or a relevant qualification.
