Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Sample Collector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood and non-blood samples with care and attention, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting samples with care and attention.
  • Maintaining accurate records for every patient and sample.
  • Delivering documentation within strict turnaround times.
  • Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing.
  • Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Phlebotomy or a healthcare background.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with high empathy.
  • Organisational skills, with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously, sometimes independently in a solo clinic.
  • A valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics.
  • Working With Children's Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with permission to work.
