Montessori Educator

The RoleAs a Room Leader, you will be an integral part of a team that delivers high-quality education and care to children. Your role will involve observing children, guiding their learning process, and developing a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of educators in a Montessori classroom
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children
- Observe and assess children's learning and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality learning environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Cert III or Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
- 1-2 years experience in a leadership role
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent understanding of the National Quality Framework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
- Above award rate of pay
