
Business Growth Manager

Drive business growth by building strong client relationships and understanding their goals and needs.
You will craft proposals, manage risks related to contracts and develop sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet performance metrics.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Design and manage value-added programs tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports for accuracy and timeliness.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess sales performance.
We seek candidates with a strong work ethic who are committed to teamwork and self-growth. They should have technical skills and be able to build meaningful relationships with customers.
Key qualifications include:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in account management.
- The ability to influence strategically and build rapport with clients.
- Capacity to get products in front of the right people at the right time.
