About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in detecting, investigating, and responding to threats targeting our operations and infrastructure.

The team is responsible for 24x7 monitoring of multiple security-related information sources to manage incidents related to cyber, privacy, and data protection. You will lead the team in developing and maintaining incident response plans, playbooks, and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for data collection and analysis of Incident Response data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of security analysts in detecting and responding to threats
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures
  • Collect and analyze Incident Response data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective threat detection and response

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent information security discipline from an accredited college or university

Qualifications:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience handling security-related incidents
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard security tools and protocols
