Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Systems Lead to support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). The successful candidate will provide accurate reporting, data analysis, and system oversight to ensure quality processes are effectively monitored, documented, and aligned with compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Quality Management Systems, ensuring documentation, procedures, and policies align with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics, driving data-based decision-making for improvements.
  • Champion a culture of quality by promoting best practices, training, and engagement across teams.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and system adherence.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee ownership of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks through proactive assessment and improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align quality objectives with business strategy.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in Quality with a proven track record of leading teams to implement and develop or enhance high-quality management systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience in driving high-quality execution and cross-functional work.
  • Experience with data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret trends from complex datasets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly agile workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or any tertiary education related to quality field.
  • A background in quality with working knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Proven relationship-building skills and the ability to establish new links with external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
