About This Role:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that products and services meet the highest quality standards across their development and production lifecycle.

You'll leverage your engineering expertise to review technical specifications, conduct investigations, and support the delivery of solutions aligned with our commitment to quality, safety, and performance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage documentation, non-conformance reports, and technical investigations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage directly with suppliers and customers, lead quality process improvements, and contribute to broader business initiatives.
  • Develop structured thinking and clear communication skills to analyse data for problem resolution or manage root cause analysis (RCA).

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of design, analysis, manufacturing, and support techniques throughout the engineering product lifecycle.
  • Excellent knowledge of engineering reports/technical writing in an engineering environment.
  • Good understanding of Product Safety and Quality Processes.
  • Awareness of Configuration Management Processes.
  • Ability to deliver communications effectively within a cross-functional environment.
