Claims and Rehabilitation Advisor

This role involves assisting individuals to return to work through rehabilitation and coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of workers' compensation and injury rehabilitation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate rehabilitation efforts
  • Develop return to work programs
  • Provide advice on injury claims and case management

Requirements:

  • Return to Work Coordinator Certification
  • Experience providing advice in workers' compensation and injury rehabilitation/case management
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively liaise with staff across all levels
