Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Director to lead our team's efficiency and drive growth.

  • This is a leadership role that requires 4+ years' experience in operational management.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech, remittance or similar sectors.
  • Daily remittance operations will be managed by the selected candidate to ensure accuracy, security and timeliness of transactions.
  • Regulatory compliance across AML/CTF obligations and international remittance regulations will be overseen by this person.
  • Process improvements, risk and fraud management, and liaison with banking partners and payment providers will also be part of their responsibilities.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in finance services or remittance, or similar industries.
  • A strong leader with experience in managing and developing teams is required.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills are essential.
  • High computer literacy is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of AML/CTF obligations and financial compliance requirements is required.
