Job Overview:

This position involves collaborating with teams at hospitals in Cairns, Queensland Health. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to technical workscopes such as deployment checklists.
  • Configure or reimagine Dell/HP desktops and laptops.
  • Support mobile devices like phones, PDAs, and other equipment.
  • Provide post-installation assistance to end users and confirm the functionality of applications and settings.
Required Skills:
  • Previous experience in a deployment role or similar.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices, Windows 7, 10, and 11 operating systems.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills with end users and stakeholders.
  • Compliance with Queensland Health's facial hair policy due to PPE fitment requirements.
  • Wearing of PPE as described and provided by Queensland Health.
