About this Role

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Disability Support Workers to work with clients in the Gungahlin community. Our team provides ongoing support and care to individuals with complex needs, empowering them to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to clients with disabilities
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as medication management and meal supervision
  • Supporting clients with complex needs, including PEG feeding, nebulisers, and chest physiotherapy
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure holistic care
Requirements
  • Current Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Care, Disability, or Community Care
  • Experience working with clients with complex needs in an Aged Care or Community setting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Clearance
