Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement service plans to meet the needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the provision of comprehensive services.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • A relevant degree or qualification in a field such as social work, disability services, or aged care.
  • Experience in leadership or management roles, preferably in the disability or aged care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
