Job Title: Disability Support Worker - Casual Position

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support individuals to develop their skills and interests
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, domestic and social skills
  • Administer medication and adhere to individual support plans
  • Complete accurate and detailed handover notes and incident reports
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, showering, feeding and dressing when required
  • Facilitate community participation and engagement through access to programs and activities
Requirements:
  • Current driver's license (mandatory)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid Certificate, HLTAID003
  • Up-to-date Covid Vaccinations
  • Formal qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or similar (advantageous)
