Key Leadership Role in Disability and Inclusion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to take on a key leadership role in our school. As a Leading Teacher - Disability and Inclusion, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the educational environment for students with diverse needs.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student outcomes and promote inclusivity across the school community
  • Collaborate with staff members to develop and implement curriculum initiatives that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Contribute to the overall leadership and management of the school, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
Responsibilities and Expectations

The successful applicant will be expected to:

  • Lead professional development programs for teaching staff, focusing on inclusive practices and differentiated instruction
  • Design and deliver demonstration lessons that showcase best practices in disability and inclusion
  • Develop and manage policies and procedures that support the well-being and safety of students with diverse needs
