This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator who is passionate about inclusive education and wants to make a difference in the lives of students with diverse abilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective educational practices that support students with diverse abilities.
You will work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure that all students have access to high-quality learning opportunities that cater to their individual needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of disability inclusion principles and experience in developing and implementing inclusive education programs.
They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student learning outcomes, particularly for students with disabilities.
- Lead the development and implementation of inclusive education practices that support students with diverse abilities.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to develop their skills and confidence in delivering inclusive education practices.
- Collaborate with other schools and external agencies to share best practice and stay up-to-date with the latest research and innovations in inclusive education.
