Compliance Coordinator Job

This job combines rostering, recruitment, and compliance to ensure clients receive consistent quality care. Experience in SIL homes or compliance is preferred.

  • Roster management using systems like ShiftCare, Careview, and Sentrient
  • Inductions, compliance, recruiting, training support workers, experience in SIL homes preferred
  • Liaise with team members to meet client needs and complete other work as requested by the supervisor

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience in rostering, recruitment, and compliance coordination (NDIS preferred)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with rostering software such as ShiftCare, Careview, Sentrient
