
Staffing Specialist, Talent Acquisition Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Specialist to join our team in a key role of Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the hiring process and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
About the JobThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively with hiring managers to identify their needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide them with updates on the recruitment process
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment criteria
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment or staffing role
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices, including social media recruitment and online advertising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
