
Events Coordinator

This part-time role offers administrative and event support to various teams, focusing on delivering high-quality services with excellent written communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office, and have experience in event planning software.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance and coordinate events from booking to completion.
- Support the delivery of quality events or services to internal and external clients.
- Coordinate logistics, venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- Liaise with teams, stakeholders, and vendors for effective event execution.
- Evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Relevant event or administrative experience gained through education, training, or experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver customer-focused events or services.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and event software expertise.
