About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Materials Processing Technician to join our Acoustics Manufacturing Team at our Rydalmere site. In this critical position, you will be responsible for coordinating materials processing activities from raw material receipt to manufactured product creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain materials processing equipment, including ball mills, spray dryers, and kilns, ensuring efficient and safe production.
  • Ensure areas are clean and free from contamination to prevent product defects.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Record batch card information for traceability and quality control.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a materials processing factory environment.
  • Qualifications in mechanical trade or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of MEX maintenance software and ability to comprehend technical issues.
  • Good understanding of manual and chemical handling.
