Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing pay for 700+ Australian staff on a fortnightly basis using PayGlobal and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end payroll processing for approximately 700 employees
  • Preparing PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, and other third-party payments
  • Workers Compensation processing and reconciliation
  • Leave reconciliation and management
  • Assisting with new starter onboarding
  • Ensuring compliance with award and non-award conditions

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll positions
  • Knowledge of the PayGlobal payroll system is highly desirable
  • High degree of accuracy and customer service
  • Understanding of awards, legislation, and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and time-keeping skills

What We Offer:

A competitive salary package, including a base salary between $100,000-$110,000 + super, and opportunities for career growth and development.
