Program Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead the development phase of our contribution to the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver program objectives, ensuring all activities are undertaken in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best-practice.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement for the program, collaborating with key government agencies and providing specialist advice to senior management on all aspects of the program.
  • Identify and harness internal and external expertise to deliver program objectives by creating a high-performing team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including Traditional Owners, to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Investigate, manage and resolve complex engineering and contractual issues associated with the program.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive program progress and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, project management or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
