About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Educator to join our dynamic team as a Service Coordinator. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of our service, managing a team of Educators, and ensuring that we deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the service, including managing staff, programs, and resources.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to promote a positive image of our service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (Diploma in Children Services).
  • Experience in managing a team and leading programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • A Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card).
