Are you a results-driven professional looking to take on a key leadership role in project management? As our Capital Delivery Manager, you will lead and coach a team of project managers to deliver the Property Services non network infrastructure program of work.

About Your Role:

  • You will direct and oversee major construction projects to ensure they are effectively managed to meet time cost and quality requirements.
  • Your responsibilities will include leading high-performing teams and driving change and continuous improvement.
  • Managing program delivery outcomes including building construction and property redevelopment projects is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Negotiating and influencing stakeholders at all levels is essential.
  • Additionally you will manage contractual and legal obligations for non network infrastructure projects.

About You:

  • We are looking for someone with a degree in Project Management Business Management Engineering Facilities Management or an equivalent experience/competence.
  • You should have excellent knowledge and experience delivering construction and infrastructure projects.
