Support Professional for Individuals with Disabilities

We are seeking a skilled Support Professional to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home-based setting.
About the Role:
- Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and communication.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the disability sector, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Valid car license and full comprehensive insurance.
- NDIS workers screening and Police Check clearance.
- Strong understanding of de-escalation strategies and crisis management techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Casual position with variable hours (up to 30 per week) with opportunities for increased hours.
- In-person work location, requiring regular travel to clients' homes.
