Job Description:

As a Senior Administration Coordinator at Gold Coast Private Hospital, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our Emergency Department team.

About the Role:
  • Perform a broad range of administrative duties, including managing a busy emergency reception desk, answering and redirecting calls, preparing admission paperwork, conducting follow-up requests, and making reminder calls for visits.
  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems, including preparation of medical records.
  • Perform Health Fund Checks as required and manage the collection of excesses/co payments.
  • Coordinate with staff from other departments and complete other clerical tasks, such as data entry.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience working in a high-volume customer-centric role is essential.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.

  • Strong time management and organization skills are essential.
  • Ability to follow instructions and take directions as required.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive remuneration package, including opportunities for career progression and professional development.
