About the Position
The Bond University Health and Wellness Clinic is a teaching clinic where students under supervision of experts provide health services to the public. We are seeking an enthusiastic Health and Wellness Clinic Coordinator to join our team.
This role involves providing customer service, financial, and administrative functions under the guidance of the Manager, Health Clinics. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the BUHAWC team.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, general finance, and administration experience.
About You
To succeed in this position, you will have:
- Demonstrated relevant experience over 3-5 years; OR an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in providing high-quality customer and administrative services using technology, working effectively as part of a team with a customer-first focus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills with attention to detail and capacity to deal respectfully with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, including prioritising workload, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating flexibility.

As a Health and Wellness Clinic Coordinator, you can expect:
- A salary of $71,780.99 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
