Synaco Global Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading global company in secure payment and connectivity technologies.

We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join their team in the manufacturing environment, operating mail processing equipment in Wetherill Park.

Duties:

  • Operate mail processing equipment, ensuring smooth production operations
  • Perform manual handling tasks, adhering to safety protocols
  • Maintain general housekeeping standards, contributing to a safe work environment
  • Conduct routine maintenance on mail processing equipment, minimizing downtime
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common equipment issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills
  • Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of productivity
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks, with a focus on lifting safely
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues
  • Solid numerical skills, with attention to detail
  • Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to meeting deadlines

Additional Information:

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
