About This Role

As a Store Manager in a busy café and bakery, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the café, including team leadership, customer service, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on excellent customer service skills and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize inventory management, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
  • Accredited Food Hygiene and Safe Food Handling course.
  • Accredited coffee making course or minimum of one year's experience as a Barista.
  • Loyal work history in customer service environments.
  • Computer and financial literacy.
