Purpose:

The Housekeeping and Communications Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness and productivity goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficient workflow.

• Maintain cleanliness and productivity goals in line with company standards.

• Daily communicate with guests, reply to their questions and concerns.

• Conduct daily property inspections to guarantee quality.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience within housekeeping or a similar environment.

• A keen eye for detail ensuring nothing is missed in the pursuit of cleanliness and order.

• Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and politely with guests.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage time effectively under pressure.

• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
