Housekeeping Operations Coordinator

The Housekeeping Team Lead is a key role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the smooth operation of housekeeping services.
This position involves working closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and memorable stays. As a leader, you will be a key team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
About the Role:- Lead and manage a team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional results in their daily tasks and responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the cleaning of rooms, public areas, and other assigned tasks
- Implement training and follow-up progressions to ensure accurate lost property records and efficient processes
- Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth operation and superior guest service
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a busy hotel environment
- High level of physical fitness, with ability to carry, lift, bend, push, pull, stand, and twist
- Excellent personal presentation and guest service skills
- Proven track record in people management and development
- Immunization for Hepatitis A&B is recommended
- Availability to work on any day, including weekends and school holidays
