Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to staff and residents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of IT-related issues.
- Manage and maintain our desktop and Windows infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation to support IT-related projects and initiatives.
- Procure and manage equipment requests, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Contribute to IT-related projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Work with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Fundamentals certification.
- Previous IT Helpdesk and Support experience.
- Office 365 administration.
- Printer management and administration.
- Microsoft Active Directory.
- Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
- Networking basics.
- 3CX.
- Jira and Confluence.
