
Operations Training Specialist

You have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our operations by providing training and assessment services in Network Operations.
This role will see you work collaboratively across all levels, engaging with stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop effective solutions. You will also evaluate, develop and maintain training and assessment services and material ensuring compliance with business requirements, best practice training and adult learning principles, industry standards and relevant legislation and regulations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing competency based training and assessment for Network Operations employees, ensuring staff have the competencies required to undertake their work in a skilled, safe and effective manner.
About This Role
- Provide training and assessment services in Network Operations.
- Identify and address training gaps through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain high-quality training materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with business requirements, industry standards and relevant legislation.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of train working operations, safe working rules and procedures.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively across all levels.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to constant changes.
