This role offers a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, car allowance, laptop, phone, CPD, bonuses, and a Reward and Recognition Program.

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working across the lifespan, all disabilities, and cultures to advocate and support individuals to get more out of life today.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess participants' physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Analyze findings to create personalized treatment goals for each participant
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help participants live life to the fullest
  • Mentor and supervise junior clinicians (if interested in a senior role)

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Experience providing services under the NDIS
  • A strong passion for helping vulnerable community members achieve their goals
  • An interest in working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals
