About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with colleagues from various backgrounds and expertise.
As an Occupational Therapist at Ability Action Australia, your primary responsibility will be to assess and develop treatment plans for participants with complex needs. You will utilize standardized assessments and clinical observations to identify areas of improvement and create personalized goals.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to maintain accurate records of participant progress. Your ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a larger team is also essential.
The Benefits- We offer a competitive salary package, including a generous base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
