**About the Role:**

We seek two experienced Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team, providing therapy services for children and young adults. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in the disability sector, disability support services, and a deep understanding of the NDIS in NSW, Australia.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough home-based participant assessments and create comprehensive reports to support participants' funding continuation or initial application.
  • Collaborate closely with participants, families, and carers to assess functional capacities and develop personalized intervention plans.
  • Design evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual's unique needs.
  • Evaluate and review programs or treatments regularly.
  • Liaise with other professionals to discuss progress and development.

**Requirements:

  • BA in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Passion for supporting people with disabilities and their families.
  • Registration with APHRA as an Occupational Therapist in Australia.
  • Current Working with Children Check, Police check, and CPR training.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the NDIS system and process (desired but not essential).
